APR FC, standing for Armée Patriotique Rwandaise, is a Rwandan football club based in Kigali and comfortably the most successful club in the country. Associated with the Rwandan defence forces, it has won a record number of national league titles and regularly represents Rwanda in African club competitions, making it the dominant force in Rwandan football.
Vipers SC is one of the most successful football clubs in Uganda, based in Kitende near the capital, Kampala. A multiple champion of Uganda that has represented the country in the CAF Champions League, the club plays at the St Mary's Stadium. It has grown into one of the dominant forces of Ugandan football in recent years.
