Hibernian FC is a Scottish football club from Leith in the city of Edinburgh, founded in 1875 by members of the Irish community. Known as Hibs, the club plays at Easter Road and has won the Scottish league title and multiple Scottish Cups, most memorably in 2016 when it ended a 114-year wait for the trophy. Its Edinburgh derby against Heart of Midlothian is one of the oldest and most passionate rivalries in the British game.
