Stevenage FC is an English football club from Stevenage, a new town in Hertfordshire north of London. Having risen from non-league to the Football League, the club has enjoyed giant-killing cup runs against much bigger opponents and plays at the Lamex Stadium. It represents the first of Britain's post-war new towns, purpose-built to house a growing population.
